Questions
- What stays free?
- Playing through games, engine checks, move grades, drills and your progress are free for everyone. The limits are only on AI-written answers, photo readings, voice and full-game engine reviews, because each of those costs us money.
- How do I cancel?
- Settings → Plan → Stop renewing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. There is no lock-in.
- How do I pay?
- Through Razorpay: UPI Autopay (any UPI app), debit or credit card, or net banking. The renewal is set up once and charged automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Can I get a refund?
- See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we will sort it out.
Prices are in Indian rupees. By buying Pro you agree to our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Questions? Contact us.
